Shipping & Refund Policy (English)
Shipping

  • We do not provide physical shipping. All items in our store are digital embroidery designs.

  • Designs are available instantly after purchase through your customer account.

  • Download links can be found under the “My Account / Purchases” section.

  • There is no limit to the number of times you can download your files. However, we strongly recommend downloading your designs as soon as possible after purchase to avoid any potential future technical issues.

Refunds

  • Since our products are digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.

  • If you encounter any technical problems with the files (such as a missing or corrupted file), please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Extract Zip Files
If you're using WINDOWS:

  • Right click on the zip folder, then choose "Extract all..."

  • Remember where you save the files, so you can easily find them later on your PC.

If you're using MAC:

  • Double click the zip folder.

  • Create a new folder, and move the zip file into there.

  • Then open Terminal and use the "unzip" command to extract the files.

Payment Options
Payments are processed securely via PayPal.

  • You can pay directly with your PayPal account.

  • If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) through PayPal’s secure checkout, without registration.
