This document is concluded electronically only, is not filed, does not constitute a written contract, and is drafted in English. If you have any questions about the operation of the webshop or the ordering process, please contact us at the details below.

Scope. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all legal relationships formed via the website https://svgembroiderydesign.com/ and its subdomains (“Website”).

1. Applicable law and acceptance

1.1 These T&Cs are governed by Hungarian law, including in particular the Civil Code (2013/V), the Act on Electronic Commerce (2001/CVIII), and Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on consumer contracts.
1.2 By accessing or using the Website, including browsing without registration, you acknowledge and accept these T&Cs. If you do not agree, you are not entitled to use the Website.

2. Account and data accuracy

2.1 You may purchase with or without registration. If you register, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for the accuracy of the data you provide.
2.2 Orders placed with false or third-party data may be void. The Seller is not liable for issues caused by incorrect data entry.

3. Products and prices

3.1 The webshop sells digital embroidery designs (“Products”) delivered as downloadable files. No physical shipment is provided.
3.2 Prices are shown in USD (United States Dollars). Product images are illustrations and may differ from the final result.
3.3 Obvious price error. If, despite due care, an obviously incorrect price appears (e.g., “$0” or “$1” or a price significantly different from the commonly accepted market price), the Seller is not obligated to sell at the erroneous price. The Seller will offer purchase at the correct price; you may accept or cancel.

4. Ordering process and digital delivery

4.1 Add items to the cart, review your order, and proceed to checkout.
4.2 After successful payment, your files become immediately available in your Account → Purchases/Downloads, and a download link is also sent by email.
4.3 There is no shipping cost.
4.4 The number of downloads is generally not limited, but we recommend saving your files promptly after purchase to avoid potential future technical changes that may affect availability.

5. Payment methods

5.1 Payments are processed securely via PayPal.

  • You can pay with your PayPal account, or

  • with a major credit/debit card (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.) on PayPal’s secure checkout without creating a PayPal account.
    5.2 Card data is not accessible to the Seller.

6. Right of withdrawal (digital content)

6.1 The Products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance (instant access/download) and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance starts, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) §29 (1) m).
6.2 During checkout we display a clear notice and/or checkbox confirming this consent and acknowledgment.

7. Conformity, support and remedies

7.1 We aim to provide working files matching the description (sizes, formats, etc.). If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., corrupted archive, missing format), contact us and we will repair or replace the file(s) without undue delay.
7.2 If you need a format that is not included, please contact us—we will provide or convert it for you whenever feasible.

8. Intellectual property and licence

8.1 All Products, images, text and design elements on the Website are protected by copyright and related IP laws.
8.2 Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the designs for personal use in accordance with the Product description. Commercial use may require a separate licence—please contact us for details.
8.3 You may not resell, share, distribute, or make the digital files publicly available.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

9.1 Please send complaints to svgembroiderydesign@gmail.com. We respond to written complaints within 30 days.
9.2 Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
9.3 You may also turn to the competent conciliation (békéltető) board operating alongside the chamber of commerce at your place of residence, or seek judicial remedy before the competent court.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 The Website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10.2 We are not liable for interruptions caused by unavoidable external events (e.g., hosting outages), but we will take reasonable steps to restore access promptly.

11. Privacy and cookies

11.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
11.2 The Website uses cookies. Necessary cookies are essential for functionality (e.g., login, cart). Statistical/marketing cookies are used only with your consent. Details are provided in the Cookie Notice.

12. Changes to the T&Cs

12.1 The Seller may amend these T&Cs unilaterally. We will publish changes on the Website at least 11 days before they take effect. Orders already placed remain governed by the T&Cs in force at the time of ordering.
